I have two E7450s that we just purchased and reformatted (we install the enterprise version of windows).
Windows 8.1 Ent OS with drivers from the Dell 7450 win 8 driver cab, works great. We have a Group Policy applied wireless network configuration with WPA2 authentication against our radius server.
The problem is that for my Windows 7 sp1 Ent OS installation using the Dell 7450 Win 7 driver cab, everything installs and appears to work, but I can't connect to my wireless network. I don't get a prompt for credentials (It should use the domain credentials of the user, but if they fail, there is normally a pop-up request for credentials). I just get an error stating that windows cannot connect. The same Group Policy has been applied. I don't have any other computers that have this issue. I have tried uninstalling rebooting and reinstalling most if not all of the Intel network drivers with no success. Note, i can see my SSID, and for an open network ssid with a straight WEP key, I can connect (we have a network for our consultants). I can't figure out why this one brand spankin new laptop will not connect. It looks like my radius server is seeing and approving the credentials
the System event log shows NETwNs64 Event ID 5060. I don't see any other error.
