i had problem with my Dell inspiron 7520  (windows 8.1)

shutdown automatically without any warning massage or error massage

i do this steps and this test's

1- i changed my hard disk with another one and i do setup windows 7 ultimate and there is nothing new " the same problem after 30 minutes and shutdown"

2- i do run Dell diagnostic   and there is no problem with my hardware.

3- my Bios Up to date

4- my ram working fine i check it in another laptop .

5- i decided to open my laptop and check my processor fan if there is a problem or something wrong inside 

i get this result

when i get out the fan i do clear it  and back everything as it was i find my laptop working very good and keep up more then 48 hours , even if i shutdown my lap its working fine

there is no problem till i get an windows update so this time i have to restart my laptop
when i do restart the problem back to be available and  keep shutdown after 30 minutes

so i do the same and i open my dell inspiron 7520 i find the processor fan is good and there is nothing bad on it :(

after that i find my lap working fine :D till i restart my lap

the problem back again my fan working fine

 

is there any professional help me :( i fed up of new dell inspiron 7520
this is my lap
core i7 , 4 GB Ram , 1tr H.D.D

Hey guys,

I just installed Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate (after wiping my hard drives). I used to have Windows 7 64-bit Professional but my friend had an "extra copy of Windows Ultimate" that he "got" and he gave it to me by CD.

Anyway, I have basically everything set up except the WiFi. 

My laptop is not detecting the internal adapter at all. I tried installing the correct driver from the original "Drivers and Utilities" CD and then a downloaded wifi driver (correct version) install and they both, after initializing, say... 

"This software package cannot be installed on your system. The setup application will exit." 

The ethernet and bluetooth drivers installed fine and work but I don't know why it's not even showing up in the "Network Connections" The bluetooth, LAN, and my USB wifi adapter are there, but no internal Wifi connection card/adapter. 

And in device manager there are a bunch of devices with unknown symbols. 

In that list there is: Network Controller, PCI Device, PCI Simple Communications Controller, SM Bus Controller, SM Bus Controller, Universal Serial (USB) Controller, Unknown Device. 

I tried "Update Driver" for the Network Controller and it couldn't find anything.

Anyone have any insight or solutions?  My WiFi worked fine before I wiped it's original Windows 7 64-bit Professional.

I'm using a USB wifi adapter in my laptop for right now.

Hi

I got inspiron 15r 5521 with 3rd generation i7, 8gb ram,2.5ghz clockspeed
It dosen't seems to have AMD graphics card :( ,
I want to play some real hard games , can I get "2GB AMD Radeon HD 8730M Graphics"
which is given for other inspiron 15r 5521. or suggest any good external graphics card which works fine with my laptop.

Hi All, I brought a new Dell Inspiron laptop last month, Nothing is installed in it, but it shows 90-95% memory usage all the time and is running heavily slow. it has 2 GB ram .Firefox shows 250 MB usage , even when just Google page is opened.

So, my brand new 2 in 1 Inspiron 3000 arrived today! Can anyone tell me, as I am not much of a techy, how do I transfer my photos and documents onto this cute little thing, from my still useable Acer laptop?? Thanks

I ask it to do a disk check from properties on the hard drive.  it says it will run on my next startup but when i start it up again it gives me the black screen and says that a check has been schedualed hit any key to cancel.  I don't touch it and it cancels anyway.  What needs to be done to fix this.  I am running windows 7 home prem.  I had this issue before but the tech that helped me did it remotely and did not tell me what he did.  Please help.

Hello,

I see that the price of my laptop is already down(549$) from what i spent to buy a month ago (637$).

Still i am thinking to upgrade my processor to i5/i7 whichever is possible and also replace my normal keypad with a back-lite keypad .  Is this possible for my model Latitude 3440? Please advice...

I just got a Dell Laptop from the Dell Outlet store.  The WiFi doesn't work for it.  I can see my home network, and type in my password and connect and it says it's connected. But nothing. I took it to took and tried logging into my work network, and the same thing. I can log in but once logged it says I'm connected, but nothing.

I can plug in my ethernet cable directly and I get internet just fine.

Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron N5050 that overheats when I run videos or listen to music. It just shuts down completely with no warning. I ran a diagnostic test that told me that my Processor fan wasn't working. It gives me error code 2000-0511 Validation Code 16763. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Can anyone tell me how to recover my XPS 15 L502X back to how it came from the factory?  I am running Windows 7.  I don't have any recovery disks.  All I can find on the computer is doing a system restore to an earlier time.  I want to do a full system recovery.  Thanks

Hi, I am having Dell Vostro 3500. It was working perfectly fine. But now it is giving some problems.

When I having Power ON it, It display on Numberic key (9) & Power button enabled and after after minute Power button automatically switched off. If I Press Power button again it wont start. If I keep trying same thing suddenly it start and everything perfect but when I shutdown, it start behaving same.

I have tried almost everything, suggested on this site. Remove battery, removed power cable, pressed Power key for 30 sec. When It was working perfect ran memory test & by pressing F12 ran the diagnostic testes and everything was fine. I have tried reseating HDD and RAM.

Please suggest. It only 3 years I bought this laptop.

well im kinda confuse, i've read that some user and owner of dell n4050 they have switchable videocards,

but in my device manager it only shows intel hd 3000 

so my question is do i have amd hardware which i just need to update or install a driver?

i tried installing amd driver from dell support site but nothing change :)

Hi!

As usual, I was copying some big folders and my laptop has suddenly sleep, and I can't wake it up, so I press the power button until it shutdowns, after I press again the windows opened normally, but there was a message from AMD Catalyst telling me that the AMD Driver is was not detected and when I go to the Device manager I didn't find the driver! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?! I don't know what happened ?

Hello,

Before 2 day i bought my inspiron 17 7737 laptop. All time i'm trying to turn on backlit keyboard but not work.

All needed drivers (chipset, video, etc.) is installed and updated. Bios is A09. After too many hours lost on searching how to turn on backlit keyboard i go to bios and i notice in my bios main tab "Keyboard type: NONE" bios can't detect keyboard, i think that is problem.

Please can you tell me how to fix that problem with turning on backlit keyboard?
