When trying to search a program in the search bar some programs show up, but the're are quite alot of programs that are not showing up. Anyone got an idea? I have a DELL XPS 13 9360.

Monitor goes black after inactivity or going to standby mode
It's Dell Inspiron 5558 Signature Edition running on Windows 10, purchased 18 months ago.
The monitor is 15.6-inch HD touch display.
The problem started a week ago. Initially it started with a white line that's thicker on the corner on the screen when I tried to wake it up from sleep mode after inactivity. Once I log back in, the white line started to fade out. After a few days, the white line issue was replaced with the monitor completely being black when I tried to wake it up. I don't see the my wallpaper with the prompt for password at all. It slightly flashes every second.
If I force shut down and start it up again, it works fine until it goes to sleep mode after the defined inactivity.
Could there be something wrong with my LCD screen or the video cable?
Please suggest if anyone experienced the same problem and succeeded in fixing it.

are xps 15 keys removable?
My D key has been unresponsive lately, and i was wondering if it was possible to simply remove the key and pop it back on after seeing what was wrong. Really don't want to permanently screw up my keyboard, but this is getting annoying. Model is dell xps 15 9530.

L51x alimentation issue
Hello everyone,
Yesterday, my Dell xps 15 started having an alimentation issue (ac adapter not recognised at all, battery not charging, system on battery). i finished my work and finished with a totaly empty battery.
I thought it was coming from the adapter, i've tested 2 other more today without any difference (both working on others dell computers, with one excatly the same of mine).
I've opened it, unpluged battery, performed a power drain test (power button pressed for 15-20 secs ) then connected the charger back to the system and tried to power on the system .
When the charger is connected to the system, the light on the charger continue to stay on.
I'm starting to thin this is a mainboard issue, even with battery unpluged the power light on the front remains off...

After that, I can not only use Window Hello but also Tobii eye tracking. My Wifi can not connect too.

Inspiron 3537 gives continuous short beep and looping restart
Few months back my dell inspiron 3537 64-bit 6GB ram with i5 processor has fell down from table. It worked well even though there was a crack on the backside of the screen near right hinge. But now from past one week it giving trouble in many ways ! Whenever I try to start it it either starts to give continuous short beeps or goes into looping restart. I can hear the drive sound and see power led glowing but the screen doesnt display anything except for changing from dark black to light black. Hdd led also doesnt blink. Please help me configure the issue and solve it.

HELP not tech savvy
My computer has started turning itself off if closed. No sleep mode, no restarts... to get it to come back on I am holding the button down till I see the light come on in the front of my laptop. I let go, the light goes off within seconds. I continue to push ( not as long) and the light will come on, only to turn off, again. I have to continue this until it finally boots up. Frustrated and worried it just won't come on at all soon. I have tried to search the internet and have found issues related to just turning off, or not coming on, but not both. Please help me figure out what is going on. Remember, I unfortunately am not very tech savvy. I have an Inspiron 5558 I should mention, I have only used the battery a few times in the years I have had this. I always have it plugged in.

Laptop slows down when plugged in and AC adapter (not charging)
This is for 2 issues, which may be connected. I have an Alienware 15. Noticed recently that my system slows down noticeably when plugged in. When gaming, the game is really choppy when plugged in. When unplugged, game runs smoothly. I didn't buy an Alienware to have this problem.
Also noticed that computer doesn't always charge when plugged in. I have to pull the cord to one side for it to charge. Not sure what that's all about, but it's annoying. Had the problem with computer not charging about a year ago and fixed it by buying a new AC adapter. Now having the same problem. AC adapters should last longer than 1 year and shouldn't break for no reason. I didn't buy an Alienware to have this problem.

Recently this message showed to me when try to use my laptop, after few attempt of restarting the message still showing so i choose to strike f3 to ignore the message and go into my desktop first. The pc works fine and i not getting the message again. But i found the performance of my laptop become low when play game. Now i want to try if my adapter still got problem or not but i think they wont show me the message again. I wonder how i figure out if i need a new adapter or not. Can you suggest me how to test my adapter? Thanks so much.

Dell Precision M4700 Mobile Workstation Alps Touchpad Not Working After Windows 10 Update
Alps driver does not show up in the device manager even though the hardware is installed.
Two error messages appear during OS bootup:
"Alps setmouse monitor error" X 2 error message boxes.
External mouse is the only way to access mouse control.
Use of Dell update system does find drivers, I install the drivers and still no touch pad after installation and reboot. Same error after installation and reboot.
Anyone know the problem or how to repair?

Bluetooth connectivity
I am unable to play any audio from my Galaxy S6 to my laptop, via bluetooth, despite both saying they are paired. When I hit play on my phone it just comes over its speaker and not the laptops.
I assume this is a version incompatibility, how can I fix it?
The laptop shows its Bluetooth Intel Driver version 19.11.1639.649
I can't find the equivalent for my Phone but I found its spec online, 4.1, A2DP, LE, aptX.

Can't Change BIOS settings
Hi,
So I just bought a used Dell E5420. It came with no windows installed so I installed a licensed Windows 10 I had through Flash Drive by hitting the F12 key and selecting the USB storage option. Anyways, I can use the Laptop just fine and everything works but when I tried to access the bios to check it out all the options over there are locked. The system starts just fine and I can use everything but the BIOS settings has an Admin password set.
What can I do about that? Any help would be appreciated.

when l bought this laptop, the Back light keyboard was working properly, but when i installed win10 it didn't work
and now i install win8.1 but also keyboard back light doesn't work !! and i haven't Dell Quickset options in Mobility Center

Dell Inspiron 13 7000 - Runs diagnostic mode after waking from sleep
Hello,
This 2-in-1 laptop is starting diagnostic mode after waking from sleep. It's not doing this after a reboot but only after being asleep.
Once the diagnostic runs (without errors), I'm able to use the machine again. It's more inconvenient than anything else.
Is this just a sign of failing hardware? I ask because it's also having audio issues, for which I've already started another thread in the Audio forum.
