Just since yesterday my one week old Inspiron 7559 Power and Battery Status Light blinks, white light keeps blinking either if it was plugged in or in battery mode. What does this white light blink mean? Is it a clue to what is wrong? Any ideas?

Dell Inspiron i7559-2512 - max MB size of M.2 SSD
I'm hoping to buy a Dell Inspiron i7559-2512 and add an
Crucial MX300 525GB M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive or
Samsung 850 EVO - 500GB - M.2 SATA III Internal SSD
I know it needs to be M.2, SATA, and 2280.
However, I notice that there are 1TB versions, where can I find out what is the max MB size the 7559 can take.
Also out of interest, (but don't need info now) is there somewhere I can find out this sort of detail for various other parts, e.g. 2.5" max capacity, type, memory type etc.

Dell XPS 13 9360 (Kaby Lake) Coil Whine Issue
I recently purchased the XPS 13 9360 (Kaby Lake) and have been using for a couple days.
I've noticed coil whine in the form of static sounds coming from the left side of the laptop, near the power connector.
There is very minimal noise when the laptop is on battery, where the noise is audible when your ear is next to the keyboard.
However, when connected to the power outlet the static becomes quite audible at a normal viewing distance. The static occurs frequently (especially when scrolling).
I tend to work in quite spaces with little ambient room noise, as I am easily distracted.
Is there a solution to resolving this coil whine issue? I feel like at this price point this should not be an issue (especially since is was well known in the earlier models).

Latitude E6540 Battery Latch and loose battery
The battery on my Latitude E6540 has become a little loose. This maybe normal with time? I'm not sure. The battery still charges and performs normally. However, it seems one of the springs in the battery release latch has broken. Thus, I cannot remove the battery to inspect the looseness. The battery wiggles a little. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My latitude is still under warranty. As I work at an academic institution, the laptop is also registered with the institution. I figured I'd ask Dell first since the warranty is still in my name. Much thanks in advance.

Is my laptop overheating??
Hello guys i have an issue with my laptop, 3 weeks ago i bought and inspiron 15 7559 with procesor intel I7, 16 of ram and a video card of 4 gb ddr5 NVIDIA 960M. Sometimes when im using excel or watching some videos on youtube it reaches 109 °F and you can feel it warming on the center of the keyboard; also when i am playing demanding games (life Wolfstein the New Order) ir reaches 149 °F. I don´t know if those temperatures are normal or it could harm my laptop. I would appreciate a lot if you can give me some info about this.

Screw loose
So just now when i went to pick up my laptop a small black screw fell out of the bottom. i tried to put it back but it dosent seem to want to stay. I checked my warranty on the laptop and i have 63 days left. If i want to get this fixed or the screw replaced where do i take it to and how do i get it fixed? do i send it to dell or do i take it back to the place of purchase? o have a dell inspiron 15 5000 series

PARTS ON WARRANTY(POW) NOT UPDATED AS PER PURCHASE/REGISTRATION DATE
I had purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3558 laptop from authorized GTM Store on Oct, 2016. On checking warranty status, it is seen that the POW date started on August 31, 2016 which is shipping date. How could i resolve this specific issue, since all other waranties i.e, NBD, Limited Tech Support, etc are showing purchased date i.e, Oct 2016

Extremely Disappointed with XPS
I bought the XPS in December 2015, eight months later my laptop just stopped working. Power will not come on. I sent it back to Dell to fix it, and they did. Then two months later, the power will not come back on again when I have a research paper that is due, and I can't access my saved document because my laptop just stopped working for the 2nd time. I am extremely disappointed with Dell Product. I had an HP laptop for nine years, and I never have any problem with it. Dell refused to replace my laptop. Less than a year for a laptop it shouldn't have any issues. I will never by any Dell products ever again. It's a waste of my money when I'm a student, and I can't afford to buy another laptop -this product is NOT dependable especially when I have homework and a research paper that is due in a week.

Thunderbolt3/usbc is the future, only one port of thunderbolt3/usbc is not enough.
I hope next XPS 15 will ship with more thunderbolt3/usbc ports.

BSOD generated by driver bcmwl64.sys DELL wireless 1550 Precision M6800
Hi ,
i 've a DELL Precision M6800 with windows 10.
I get blue screen if i use wireless connection. Wireless adapter is DELL 1550.
The driver is updated 7.35.333 (the latest available) . No change in configuration and no new hardware installed.
Tried to downgrade the driver but same result...
How can i solve this ?

I Purchased this Laptop few years back. Now it stopped working suddenly. Am in India right now but when i consulted the Dell Exclusive store here they say its not repairable. Kindly suggest. XPS 13 Ultrabook Touch Screen Intermittent at Boot up
I have an XPS 13 with a touch monitor. My wife liked it so much I bought her one. Her sister liked it also and we bought her one. Occasionally at boot up (1 in 10 times) the touch monitor won't respond to 'touches.' Pressing any key (or the mouse pad) brings me to the password screen and I 'Restart' the computer and the touch screen function works. This happens on all three computers. I've never seen this problem posted but I find it hard to believe we three are the only one's having this issue.

E6430 - Rubber strip/seal on screen bezel lifted and coming off
Anyone know how to get the seal back on. I have about 4 cms bulging at the top of the screen bezel and it just won't go back in.

dellins5558 powers off when jarred
My dell ins 5558 intermently powers off when on battery and the laptop is jarred(ex when you move it) It doesn t do it all the time. Maybe 1 time in 5 when on battery and I am moving the laptop. i tried checking the battery to make sure it is latched. I cleaned the contacts with compressed air. Warrenty ended on Oct 14th, bummer, just missed it. Battery does show a charge. When it powers off, I just power it back on and it boots

I HAVE RAN THE DIGNOSTIC THOROUGH TEST MODE AND ALL HAVE COME UP AS WORKING, BUT WHEN I START MY COMPUTER IT SAYS WINDOWS IS LOADING FILES, THIS TAKES A FEW SECONDS ANT THEN A BLUE SCREEN POPS U SAYINY THAT A PROBLEM HAS CAUSED WINDOWS TO SHUT DOWN TO AVOID DAMINGING MY COMPUTER THE ERROR IS Ntfs.sys. I've tried going thru safe mode, safe mode w commands and safe mode with networking. help I need to recover the data.

I bought a dell battery for my laptop Inspiron N5110 from a store last week, I requested them for a original battery and my back is almost 2-3 hrs and its fine... My questions is whether my battery is original or duplicate and how can I check this online or tell me the status.
Its part code is CN-04YRJH-48630-67S-O19O-A04 AND the DP/N 04YRJH Made in china
Please help me and they give me this with 1 year warranty and they telling that its original.So please check and reply.
