I have an inspiron 3520 laptop bought in india.but now i am in banglaladesh for a month on official tour.while in india i faced a haddisk crash warning and spoke on tollfree customer care number..after diagnosiis it was found that i will get a harddisk replacement from dell.But due to time constraint i couldn't ask dell executive to ship it to my india address, and confirmed from him that "will i get this hardware replaced in bangladesh from Dell".I got nod from him, so i decided to take support from bangladesh dell support.But after reaching here i tried contacting/surfing for bangladesh numbers and did not find any..I spoke to an authrised dell partner "Computer source ltd" contact on google..as per him i have to transfer warranty to bangladesh to get the service from him, and i can only retransfer warranty to india after minimum six months.
This is a problem for me as i am in bangladesh for 11.5 month ...any body knows any detail about international support ..please help me
