Power Management Options

Hello,

I cannot access any of Power Management Options.
I would like to restore it back or to know how to edit all options via regedit.

I am on a Vostro 3560. Windows 8. All drivers up-to-date.

I suspect a conflict with a software like : dell quickset, ati catalyst control center, ...
I uninstalled quickset and reinstalled it but it didn't do anything. I tried some of Microsoft solutions, didn't work.

Any ideas ? Suggestions ? Solutions ?
