Dell XPS L502X High Temperature issue

Dell XPS L502X  temperature is to high for the laptop to handle and shutdown.

I check the temperature in Dell support center.

Note: The above Temperature keep on rising and reach to 96 C

All the above Temperature are on idle condition

Note:The above temperature keep on rising and reaches 96 C

I think that the internal  Fan is not working. Is there is any way to know the internal fan working. As previously i notice that when Laptop gets hotter,i can hear the fan speed and a hot blow of air from the left side of the laptop. But now there is no fan noise and hot flow of air but from where the hot blow air comes out getting hotter and hotter and botton , hardisk  side of the Laptop is also getting hotter and hotter within few minutes.
