I recently had to reload Windows 7, and the end result is that the Windows doesn't find the CD/DVD drive.
The Device Manager shows that I have, under DVD/CD Rom Drives: HL-DT-ST DVD+ -RW GS30N SCSI CdRom Device.
I've had Dell do an update scan on everything, and I think I have the most up-to-date drivers... any advice?
