Dead pixels

Oi mates,

I have a Dell XPS 15 (L521X). And I have noticed recently that there are some dead pixels or something dirty behind the display glass. I have not cleaned it with any chemicals and it has not been hit.

Is there a possibility to get rid of those mild spots?

Here is a picture of the screen. The quality is not good but still you can see those dots.
