Hi, I have an inspiron 14R for a while, I have moved in germany 6 month ago, after 3 month, I face strange act from my laptop,
sometimes usually in random manner, the sound of my laptop during music or film, get noisy and chippy, especially when the sound is higher than 30%,
also I face the blue screen test many times when turning on the laptop, ( I don't press the F12, it is automatically run), and the result show that no problem exist,
also I face lower performance these days,
I'm sure that it is not my software, windows or etc, because I'm also using ubuntu, and the problem still exist,
I'm thinking why this happen,
is it possible that the amplitude of the adapter I got is different and cause damage to my laptop due to german electricity? (I checked the adapter, the voltage is ok but I was thinking may be the one I bought outside europe is different?)
I asked some of my friends, and interesting thing is that they also face problems with their laptop coming to germany, our problem in most cases are the same and in some cases they had problem with their hard disk,
any idea or experience about this?
I really do need my laptop, what can I do to prevent probable damage on it?
