Problem while booting my laptop

I have a Dell laptop Inspiron 5030. While booting, Dell logo comes again and again and does not load OS.

Also while Diagnostics, there comes a error :

 " Error code : 0413"

  Msg : Error code 2000-0413

 Msg : Cables- LCD cable not detected."
