When I turn it on the screen starts to boot then just stops and starts all over again...the three buttons under the screen on the right keep running in tandem. It just keeps doing it and won't open. I tried F11 and Control. I've tried F2...I don't have the disks that came with the computer and don't know where to go on the site to download them. I just want to get it turned on so I can restore it to factory state.
I would appreciate any help at all. I am a Senior and my grand children were using the computer while I was on vacation and I came home to find it in this state. I am NOT computer literate and am definitely technically challenged. Please help. Thank you!
