Can I Run Windows 7 On Inspiron M531R-5535

I bought a Dell Inspiron M531R-5535. It runs on windows 8.1. I have a Dell USB recovery media. Can I run a copy of windows 7 on the Inspiron? Is there drivers available for the M531R for Windows 7/ Thank you !
