I have a Vostro V130 which has no internal DVD drive. While I did purchase the Dell external DVD drive for this laptop, I would like to use the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager to created a recovery image on the USB, so that I can safely travel without the DVD drive and recovery away from home.
However, when I plug a 4 GByte uSB stick into the laptop, the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager says I don't have enough free space, but it I cannot find anywhere (on the web, or in then manual) how much capacity in the USB stick I need.
So before I buy one and waste money on one that might be too small, how big should it be?
