Hi every one. I recently purchased an XPS 12 for my daughter for school. When you leave it over night to charge it overheats. It won't turn on and the fan is constantly running. The actual body of the laptop is VERY warm to touch. After about 2 hours of the fan running the fans stop running and when you try to turn it on the message on the screen says the battery is critically low. Once pluged back in, after a minute or 2 it works perfectly but showing on charge. Any one got any ideas?
I have called Dell Australia and a tech is going to come out and have a look next week.
