I raised a complaint to your investor relations team about the inconsistency of quotation (for extending the warranty) provided by different channels. Will any one follow it ?
It is unbelievable that the agents of different channels (e.g. Online Chat, Technical Support Hotline, Customer Service) provide different quotation for 1-year NBD on-site service & 2-Year NBD on-site service for same device! None of them could resolve my case.
