[URGENT] My M14x Keyboard and Touchpad doesn´t work

Good afternoon everybody,

As the title says, i can´t write and navigate with my keyboard and touchpad. (I can with mouse,keyboard). The problem began with AlienTouch, there was no driver for the program. I installed it as it recommends on the support site and when i restarted the laptop i could not log in because of the touchpad and keyboard. 

I deleted the driver and restarted but still nothing. I´m currently using windows 8, I don´t know if this may cause a compatibility problem with alienware´s software

any suggestion?

The driver I installed was: Touchpad_Synaptic_W84_X01_Setup-!R8WH_ZPE.exe   which i downloaded from the recommended programs a the dell site.
