error - you dont have permission to save in this location contact the administrator

Hello

I have dell m4600 laptop running Windows 7 Pro x64.
I am using user what is administrator on my notebook.

I recovery windows from recovry partition and backup dvd and have problem after this:
every time when I try download and save any file to folders like c:\folder1, c:\foldre2 and etc I have message - you dont have permission to save in this location contact the administrator

Help me please.
