Dell Inspiron N5110 is pretty bad - $200 for Repair? That is so bad

We bought a Dell Laptop and it stopped working.  They charged $190 for the service, which I paid as the Laptop was $700. I am pretty upset with the poor Dell Customer Support.

I would no longer buy any Dell laptop.
