I have an Alienware laptop; one of 3 Alienware machines I own and 1 Dell desktop. On the lid of the laptop at the front where you open it, the black finish is all coming apart where my fingers contact the lid. I have owned it for only 6 months but since it is a "cosmetic issue" they wont stand behind it and repair it. So my 6 month old laptop already looks years old and beat up. Absolutely brutal service to put that back on me. I paid 2k for a laptop and they wont warranty that?
