Inspiron 15R Notebook (Inspiron 5521) Battery Charge problem

Hi,

I recently purchased Inspiron 15R Notebook (Inspiron 5521) laptop in dell online store. As far now the laptop performance is ok. but from the beginning the laptop charger won't charge upto "100%". it always stops in 99%. it won't charge upto 100%. in the taskbar charger percent shows always upto 99%.what is the problem?. couls you please advice me?.
