Hi;
I had a problem with my screen turning dark at the right bottom corner. On calling Dell Support (Oman) and giving them my service tag they said that the next business day service/parts only warranty expired on April 7, 2013 (starting April 6, 2012). However, I bought the laptop only on September 4, 2012 with a 1 year warranty (still have the sales and customer invoice).Anyone have advice on how to rectify this problem?
