AMD Radeon 7700M Series not Found for Gaming

To whoever it may concern,

I'm having an issue where the integrated graphics does not kick in the more powerful AMD graphics card when running certain video games. Currently, I'm having an issue with Deus Ex: Human Revolution but I've run into problems with Metro 2033 and Darksiders running slowly, crashing, and causing the BSOD. With Deus Ex, I can get the game to run with DirectX 9 very slowly when it could be using DirectX11 and it crashes sometimes during startup and in loading scenes.

While running Deus Ex setup, the AMD graphics card is not in the drop down menu with the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000. As of three hours ago ( at 11pm on 7/16/2013), I've updated the drivers of both graphics cards and updated BIOS as shown in the potential solution here:

http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/p/19477777/20236790.aspx

I've tried uninstalling Deus Ex and deactivating the Intel driver to force the computer to use the AMD one, but upon installation of the game I get the message, "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware."

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit on the Dell Inspiron 7520 with integrated AMD Radeon 7700M series and Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 with an i7 processor, which I know has plenty of issues regarding switchable graphics.

I know my AMD card is installed and enabled, but how to I get gaming applications, and specifically Deus Ex to know that it is there as well?

Sincerely,

Nick
