Plugged in, Not charging
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 5558 at the end of December. Within the past couple of weeks, I received notices that my computer was not charging and that my AC adapter was unidentified, I tried all of the diagnostic tests offered the Dell website but they said that everything was fine. Is this a software or hardware issue What is the next step?

Instant Restore snapshot creation failed
I looked in the activity log of Dell Backup and Recovery and I saw this error more than once: "Instant Restore snapshot creation failed" and I'm not sure as to what this means. DBAR is up-to-date with the latest version and the computer itself is only a year old, I was planning on making my recovery media and restoring it to factory condition soon but I need help!

Caps Lock is On
Laptop Dell XPS 15 9530
OS: Windows 10 Pro
On my laptop, once I login, I see a message saying "Caps Lock is on" all the time. It does not go away until I restart laptop. I have a password with Upper case for which I use Caps Lock. I have to be careful to remove caps lock before I press enter key i.e. after entering password. If I leave Caps Lock on, it shows that message and no matter what I do, it is always there. See attached.
How do I resolve this issue. It is very irritating to have to restart everytime.

Precision 7510 keyboard stops working when PXE booting
It's getting a little tiring that every new piece of hardware we get has one issue or another.
One of our departments just got in a couple of Precision 7510 laptops as replacements for the M4800 and I was testing the drivers with our SCCM environment. When trying to PXE boot the system it works fine until I get to the point where I have to hit F12 to actually launch the boot.wim then it fails as if I didn't touch the keyboard.
Updated the BIOS to the latest, no difference. Connected a USB keyboard to it and it worked just fine. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Dell Precision D3800 wireless card upgrade
Hello,
My wifi card recently broke so I'm currently in the market for a new one. The one currently installed in my laptop is the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260. I was wondering if I could upgrade it to the new Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 or 8265. I don't want to purchase it to find out that my laptop is not compatible, I'm also looking to upgrade my RAM from 4GB to 8GB if anybody have any suggestions on that.

Annoying double stroke keyboard issue spacebar and other letters also!!
Last month I purchased an Inspiron 5559 (Inspiron 15 5000 Series) and I am having strange keyboard issues. About half of the time the keyboard inserts do uble spaces when I press the spacebar. Other times, it repeatts letters, randomly, but not as often as ins erting double spaces. Even stranger, sometimes it inserts s paces when I don't even press the spacebar. I am using this problematic keyboard right n ow and you can see how it inserts these spaces r andomly. Ple ase help!!

Laptop Inspiron 15 5000 Series - Screen Blinking
My laptop screen has been blinking, like there's a loose wire. Tilting the screen/lid, or holding it firmly usually makes it stop for a few minutes. Can anyone help? If it's a loose wire where can I go to get it fixed, and how much would this cost?

Plugged in not charging issue with Dell 3521
Hi Team,
Since last week I started facing this very commmon issue ''plugged in, not charging''. It began by stopping at 75% and then went on deteriorating and today morning it was 3% (and wouldn't charge). I have tried all the possible solutions mentioned here by reading the threads. Is there a bug with WIndows 10 or I need to replace something. Kindly help.
Here are the following options which I have already tried:
1. Removed the battery and switched on the laptop with AC supply and uninstalled Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery and shutting down. Battery reseated and switched on - Didn't work
2. Shut down the computer completely, unplugged the power cable, removed the battery and let it rest for about 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, put the battery in its place, plugged in the power cord and restarted the laptop - Didn't work
3. Removed the battery and let it cool down for 2-3 hours. Put the battery back in its place and plugged in the AC supply and restarted the laptop - Didn't work

Keys not working on built in keyboard on my Inspiron 11 3000 Series
My name is Kerellos, and I've been having a lot of issues with my built in keyboard. A lot of the keys stop working at random times (a, q, z, 1, left Ctrl key, ` and Esc key) . I have tried to reset my computer but it doesn't help. I end up having to use the touch keyboard, and I don't like to. This is getting very frustrating. Please help.

Alienware M18x R2: Single loud beep when starting up
Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it does not. It just does a BEEP pause BEEP pause BEEP until I turn it off. The Alienware logo does not show in this case.
I believe this means either a bad motherboard or a corrupted BIOS or something. How do I determine which it is? I no longer have a warranty so I am hoping it is something I can fix myself but if it is the motherboard I assume I have no choice but to send it in. Anyone know the cost if it is the motherboard?

Dell xps 15 horrible gaming performance
Hi, I can't seem to run any games under any graphic settings (even low) without experience extreme choppiness. Could someone help me out with this? Laptop works smoothly at all times aside from in game. Really have no idea what information to post here or what to do so any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
