I have Dell Latitude E6320 with i7 and 8gb Ram.
Can I upgrade the ram to 16gb or more? Specs say no, but I see a few on eBay listed with 16gb.

Solved wifi problems for Dell XPS 15 9550
As so many of you fellow forum members I too have had a lot of trouble trying to get a adequately working wifi signal with the standard Broadcomm wifi card. I have tried all of the suggestions that were made on this forum and others, mainly dealing with drivers and settings. All of which mounted to no solution what so ever.
Then I came across a forum where it was suggested to replace the Broadcomm wifi card entirely, e.g. with the Intel 7265 or 8260 card. Hesistant at first, because I did not want to forfit the guarantee on the laptop, I decided to do it anyway since the measely 5 Mbps down speed the Broadcomm card maxed to really started to *** me off!!
Unfortunately the 8260 is not yet being sold where I live so I bought the 7265 and using Dell's service manual as a guide, I installed my new Intel 7265 in the wink of an eye (although attaching the antennas is a bit of a nerf wrecking job). The XPS rebooted without any problems, without me even noticing Windows 10 had immediately installed the right drivers and I was good to go! I now have a down an up speed of almost 10 (!!) times faster than with the Broadcomm card.
I am wondering if I should sent the Broadcomm card to Dell and demand a reimbursement....
Anyway, hope I have helped some of you guys, experiencing the same problems, out a bit. My advice is get the Intel 7265 and don't be afraid to install it yourself. Using the service manual it really is a walk in the park.

I cant find the touchpad driver but I found at last time
I notice the touch pad pressed from the center of the touchpad where I can press
I cant press (like if I want to open start menu I cant )
but If I touch it I can (like if I want to open a new tab on google chrome )
I restore or (uninstall the driver) but it still the problem has

Dell Inspiron N5010 can't turn on
I have the same problem with my dell inspiron n5010, I need it more than ever, becouse now I have the last Exam in Faculty of Computer Engineering.
Please can you help me what to do, how to get it back.
I tried everything from pres powered button 10-15 second, 30 second, 1 minute. Eject cd-rom, eject ram memory, eject HDD, eject processor, and it doest give any sound or any light.
One night before i shut down in regular form, and tomorrow when I want to use the laptop it doesn't turn on.
No INDICATORS, NOTHING.

Dell Latitude | TPM Command Configure (CCTK) | Activate TPM | SCCM
Hi all,
I've read multiple threads regarding this topic, however I'm unable to find a fully automated resolution:
Basically, we have Dell Latitude model laptops which we deploy OSD to using ConfigMgr and MDT. During the OSD we have Enable/Activate TPM steps using Dell Command Configure (latest CCTK), similar to this - henkhoogendoorn.blogspot.co.uk/.../enable-tpm-for-bitlocker-during.html
However the task sequence fails on Activate TPM, I understand this is due to TPM already having an ownership and the only way to clear the ownership is manually select Clear TPM in the system BIOS. Once TPM is cleared in the system BIOS and retry the task sequence its successful.
Has anyone got a fully automated solution for this, I understand theres no command-line to clear TPM due to the design of TPM security.

Hello. I've got an M4500 Laptop i7 Dual core. I bought it from a refurbisher in Austin, and have had problems with its setup since then. I want to wipe it and set it up from scratch again. The problem is, each time I've tried to do this, the drivers I downloaded from Dells website didn't install correctly, causing my computer to crash each time. My question is this: Is there some way I can get the disks that would have originally come in the box with this computer when it was bought new? And if there is, how?

PS2 driver but USB ports
I was recently given a Latitude E6400 by a friend. I'm having no problems with the computer EXCEPT I want to add an external mouse. The drivers in the computer are for PS2, but all the ports are USB. I am no computer expert, and cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to change the drivers. Help, please!!!!!

Dell xps 13 9350 win 10 not able to install windows
Dear all,
I just bought a dell xps 13 9350 and the most I can't get from it is the message below. I already searched several forums and tried different ways to solve this with command prompt or safe mode (if I run the safe mode it appears a similar message that is not possible to install the Windows).
I would be very happy if someone knows how to solve this issue. It really seems badly installed from factory, which must not happen for 1800€ Dell laptop.

Thought I'll contact tehnical support, but can't fill the form cause they say my warranty has expired. Which is not true, cause my 2 years are only up in May.

USB Mouse disconnects on Sleep
Recently bought a Dell Inspiron i7559-763BLK Gaming Laptop, nice and powerful; however, when I close the lid, which is set to put the machine to sleep, the laptop disconnects the Microsoft wireless mouse. Not always but usually. I've un-installed the USB 3.0 drivers and reinstalled, but the problem persists. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

XPS 13 Touchpad failure
I took delivery of an XPS 13 laptop about 3 months ago, which included Windows 10.
It's a dandy laptop, but on 2 occasions now the touchpad has failed completely. (I ordered the touchscreen version, which continues to work, fortunately). This is a major nuisance.
I was just wondering if anyone had any insights on how to fix this problem. Currently when this happens, I have to shut down the system completely, and restart.

E5500 will not boot
Just purchased a Latitude E5500. Upon throwing power to her, the HDD icon spun for a second or two and then the "9" light lite and all action stopped. The screen remained black. I next tried the "Fn + Pwr" trick, with the AC power off. Results were that the "A" was flashing, which I understand to mean "Memory Compatibility Error". Reseated the memory. Same result. Tried a different set of memory sticks. Same result. Decided to change out the HDD for a known good one. Same result. It should be noted that all throughout this switching components and testing, the screen has remained black! As a final test, I downloaded the "Ubuntu" ISO, burned it to DVD and attempted to run it. It was to no avail.
It should be further noted that at no time has the fan come on or even attempted to turn on. Any help in solving this mystery will be deeply appreciated as I would love to get this puppy up and running!

Trouble finding correct adapter driver for Inspiron 2200 , please help

most of the time when I try to install , I get the message "can not install driver" because its not the right one. The wireless program R155386 is working fine except for one thing - "its complaining - "driver for adapter not installed" , so which ones the right one ? By the way Im not the first person to have had this issue, I bought this laptop second hand and its the first time I want to run the internet on it ,wireless of course !! Also I have my modem driver correctly installed and it says it is working in device manager.

Intel webcam Av2500 in Dell XPS 12 doesn't work in Skype
Hi All,
I have been unable to get the XPS 12 webcam to work in Skype.
model is 9250. The integrated webcam is an Intel AV2500. windows 10.
I tried updating the driver, testing it with various programs and sites for webcams, but it just doesn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device, but nothing helped that I tried.
It does work with the Microsoft app called CAM, but that is all.
From my conclusion, this is a very strange webcam and is proprietary on how the driver works. I don't know why, but it doesn't play with anything that is out there other than the MS App.
