I am having to replace the hard drive in my XPS-502X laptop. Of course, this happened about 4-months after the warranty expired and I was told by Dell that they would not extend it on XPS laptops.
I have a new copy of Windows 7 Professional and the new hard drive. I am good with the hardware side of things, but want to make sure that I don't miss anything as far as drivers. etc are concerned. Does anyone know the procedure I should follow with regard to the software side of things?
