Bought laptop in Feb. 2014.
First laptop purchase. $399.
Within 3 weeks had trouble with continuous Pop Ups...could not use.
Closed and did not use for 2 months.
Called Dell Support end of April, discovered virus and removed, on phone for 3-1/2 hrs.
Purchased Dell Concierge Service Agreement. $239.
Within 2 months, again Pop Ups. Frustrated, Closed laptop did not use for 3 months.
3 weeks ago I was having difficulty logging on. Called Dell Support, tried to reset password 4 times, never was able to change. On the phone with Dell Support for almost 3 hrs. Extremely frustrating.
Opened laptop this morning to try to log on. Tried to 'reset' password and It asked for a reset disk.
I do not have a reset disk.
Need help with next steps.
