So, my computer is out of warranty, and I was trying to update the drivers for my WD15 Docking Station using the PDF guide that Dell provided, only to find out that the guide is outdated. I no longer know what order I need to install everything in. I should've written it down the last time I was on the phone with customer support (before my warranty expired), since Dell seems to engineer their stuff to break for no reason after a certain period of time. Anyways. Can somebody help me install the drivers in the correct order so that my keyboard/headphones/other devices stop randomly getting disconnected from the laptop? Thanks.

Inspiron 3558 Will Not Connect to Internet
Anyone have advice on how to get my daughter's 3558 laptop to connect to Internet from her dorm room? Laptop will connect in the hall but not in the room. However, room mate and other users laptops will connect from the room, no problem.
Sounds like the card in this laptop has poor performance. Is there a way to replace the card with something that works?
Unfortunately, this is the 2nd Dell product I purchased in a row that has wireless card that will not operate correctly. Support has not been any assistance.
QUALCOMM Atheros killer network manager at startup on XPS L521x Windows 7
I have had this XPS L521x laptop for several years. It has a Windows 7 operating system. Starting yesterday, every time I start the computer, the "Qualcomm Atheros Killer Network Manager" starts, and I have to stop what I am doing and close it. I tried to uninstall this program, but the Windows Uninstall program won't do it. How can I stop the program from opening at startup, or uninstall it?

Dell DA200 - Extension cable?
Is it possible to use a USB-C extension cable with the DA200 Adapter? I haven't got much room on my desk so I'd like to move this to behind my monitors. I've tried with the one USB-C extension cable already and this hasn't worked so I was wondering whether I need a particular type?
XPS 9365 NVMe Driver
Hello team,
We are having issues with our XPS 9365 not working with our K2 deployments solutions, all other DELL models are working fine.
These machines have an NVMe branded NVMe SK hy, we have imaged NVMe samsung for Lenovo and HP machines without issues.
The Windows PE is able to see SSD, so that tells me drivers are OK. (This screenshot is from CMD opened from WinPE 10).
What happens is that the SSD is partitioned and Windows is deployed fine according to the K2000, but after the first reboot, we get a black screen... no messages or errors , and then we are back to the PXE boot menu.
As a test, we replaced the NVMe drive with a regular SATA SSD, and everything worked fine.
I need to identify in the CAB file here: , which one is the folder containing the NVMe driver. That is the only way to confirm if the K2 is not installing it for some reason.

inspiron 13-7353 No bootable devices found
This just started happening. Diagnostics (f5) show nothing wrong hardware wise. It has since then booted 2x if I make some changes after the diagnostics and save, doesn't appear to be a pattern. In windows when I was lucky enough to be able to boot I ran a test and no issues.
Please help.....
XPS 15 9550 Bios 1.3 upgrade - no bootable devices after reboot!
I;ve just updated the Bios to V1.3 which appeared to work successfully but on reboot it is now reporting no bootable drives.
Who can I speak to about this? I'm concerned that there is something wrong with this BIOS upgrade and others will also be affected.

dell inspiron 5759 wifi weak signal
I recently purchased a second hand Dell 5759, the computer looks new and works great unless I get more than a few feet from the router. I have gone to Dells website, updated the drivers, and all updates available. Love the computer but I cant use the wifi if I move from the room with the router to one just down the hall. I have other laptops all of which connect all over my house and all of which are showing my neighbors available networks but the dell just shows my network and will only connect if I am right by the router. Please help!!
Thanks, Billy

Dell XPS 13 - Protruding/bulging trackpad
Hello,
I am writing this post in concern for my Dell XPS 13 which I bought for school nearly 3 years ago. The trackpad on the machine is gradually becoming more and more difficult to use and I am afraid it will eventually become unusable and that I will be unable to use my laptop at school / in class for note taking or assignments.
I have searched around online and it seems that the issue stems from a swollen battery. I do not have a warranty, and would appreciate some advice on what my options to get my problem sorted out.
Best regards,
Imran
Inspiron 5551
Youri system will operate slower and battery will not charge this problem might be solved by
-ensure the plug is inserted completly for best system operation
-connect a Dell 45w ac adapter or higher.
Alienware 17R4 KEYBOARD dead keys PROBLEM
My keyboards f, p, and 4 keys on the keyboard have died. Sometimes they work if I mess with the registry but that seems to be a temporary fix. But since sometimes they work and sometimes they don't I'm thinking it's a software problem. I've tried to uninstall driver and reinstall, I've tried to update it, I've tried regedit fixes, nothing seems to work long term. If they work and I restart my laptop they die again. NEED someone that can get the keyboard up and running again without error! Please help!
Dell XPS 15 BIOS Upgrade - Reboot asking for Bitlocker Recovery Key
I have a Dell XPS 15 9550, and after a recent BIOS upgrade, it seems to have lost the PIN, and is asking me to enter a BitLocker recovery key, which so far at least, I've been unable to find. So does anyone know how to:
- Reenter the PIN so that the system boots normally (TPM/UEFI/etc.)?
- If that is not possible, re-install Windows 10?
The system was upgraded right after purchase from Windows 10 Home to Pro, otherwise is pretty stock.
When I go through the various recovery options to Troubleshoot:
- Reset this PC: It asks again for the recovery key (which I do not have)
- Advanced > System Restore: Same (recovery key which I do not have)
I realize that the without the Bitlocker recovery key, that the data may be all lost, but what I would like to do is get the system running again, at least to the point I can re-install Windows. I have the PIN of course, but cannot seem to get to the point where the system prompts for it, it is stuck on the Bitlocker key, which I cannot find.
Suggestions?

using Studio1555 without LCD monitor
I have an old Studio1555 with a completely smashed lid/LCD/hinge.
It really is not worth replacing BUT, I'm trying to find a way of using the 'body' of this laptop, connected via an HDMI cable to a home theatre set-up.
All the cables to the screen/lid assembly have been cut - most already were amputated.
But I now have a problem - 8 beeps repeated ad nauseam on switch on because BIOS cannot find the LCD screen.
Does anyone know a solution to this - ie how to persuade BIOS to forget about the LCD and make friends with the HDMI connection instead. There have been previous posts on other forums about this but nobody seems to have found a definitive answer (apart from binning the body). This can't be impossible. I remember back in the dark ages it was possible to by pass the supplied screen and choose a TV instead - which in essence is what I'm seeking to do.
HELP people!
