I have just bought the "new" XPS13 2-in-1 and TB16 thurderbolt dock from Dell Hong Kong official site.
I have to said it was a very very bad experience.
First, since I have received the laptop. The touchpad is often out of control. It will suddenly fly everywhere on the screen, crazy clicking everything and I can hardly control it but to restart. Sometime, it even has NO response.
I have tried a lot of method. Updating BIOS and drivers were not worked.
Once I received this laptop, I went to business trip with it. I have tried all methods to fix it. I read many article online but none of the methods work! This laptop drove me crazy during my trip!!
And most craziest thing is, when I come back from my trip. I try to setup the TB16 dock. It has NO RESPONSE after I plug it according to the instruction. No light, no response, JUST LIKE A BRICK!
I have email the sales to ask for help or advice. She is simply NO REPLY.
I have also asked for technique support from official site. It is just a extremely NOT user friendly. It even cannot search the service code of TB16 dock!
I would say, if you are considering to get a dell, please think it twice.
